When an Screw air compressor fails to load, troubleshoot as follows:
1. Inlet Valve Not Opened
Check if the inlet valve opens during loading. See if there’s any foreign matter or if it’s stuck. Verify if the solenoid valve has power supply.
2. Pressure or Temperature Sensor
Check if the pressure or temperature sensor is abnormal.
3. Air Leakage in Solenoid Valve Control Pipe
Identify the leakage point and replace the air pipe.
4. Clogged Oil - Gas Separation Core
Replace the oil - gas separation core.
5. Damaged Minimum Pressure Valve
Inspect the minimum pressure valve and replace it if necessary.
6. Drive Belt (for Old Machines)
Check if the drive belt is broken (for old machines).
7. External Pressure Higher Than Loading Pressure
Check if the air tank pressure is higher than the loading pressure.
