1. Check Power Supply
Inspect if the power supply incoming line is normal. Look for phase loss, phase sequence errors, and check if the voltage is too high or too low. Verify that the power cord and air switch meet the specifications.
2. Transformer and Fuse
Check if the input and output of the transformer are normal. Also, inspect whether the fuse is in good condition.
3. Emergency Stop Switch
Replace or short - circuit the emergency stop switch if needed.
4. Fault Alarm
Check the alarm information on the panel and resolve the corresponding faults accordingly.
5. Excessive Internal Pressure
Inspect if the pressure relief valve is damaged or stuck. Also, check if the solenoid valve operates normally.
